On behalf of my fellow Directors Matt Freeman & Nick Hatt, I am proud to announce that Masterfix has successfully reached the milestone of 10 years of trading – Chris Ball, Managing Director.

With a team of 4 engineers (and no clients!), our first official job order was logged 10 Years ago today.

Over the journey that has followed, we have grown into a team of 100 staff, engineers and service partners delivering in excess of 160,000 tasks, all continually striving to deliver “Exceptional Property Care” that we believe sets Masterfix apart from its competitors.

None of this would have been possible without the loyalty and support of our clients, and the hard work and dedication of our staff and engineers, often going above and beyond to ensure that the service requirements of our clients are met.

Across our two offices in London and Bathgate (Scotland) we have extended our range of services covering Reactive Maintenance, Compliance Services, Projects and Insurance reinstatement works, all ably supported by our 24/7 FM Service Desk in Aylesbury

Although the sustainable growth of the business remains at the heart of our objectives, the personal service and attention to detail is paramount.

Careful selection of new engineers and staff remains key, as does on-going training and development of our existing team. With people who share our vision, we can look forward to many more years’ of successful trading.

As part of our celebration, we feel it totally appropriate to support a London based charity, helping people far less fortunate than ourselves
