All Masterfix engineers are fully approved by Gas Safe and trained to meet the highest standards of customer care.
They are equipped with testing and diagnostic equipment that facilitates early and accurate diagnosis of faults, enabling systems to be back up and working fast. In the winter months when a first-time fix is not possible, we will leave customers with electrical fan heaters as a temporary means of space heating at no charge.

Our London based engineers deliver gas and heating services to all areas within the M25 and are readily available to attend your property at a time that suits you.
Our rates are always competitively priced, all charges being calculated in 30 minute increments after the first hour’s work to give our customers the best possible value. For our customers’ total peace of mind, all engineers are security cleared, wear Masterfix uniforms and carry individual identity cards.
All work undertaken by Masterfix is fully insured, guaranteed and completed to the highest standards. For larger heating and hot water installation work, a Masterfix Technical Manager will be on hand to oversee the project and to ensure that you are kept informed of progress at all times.
