Through our sister company Masterfix Facilities Management, Melissa Capaldi’s team provides our customers with a total outsourced solutions covering day to day maintenance, compliance, and an emergency helpdesk service during the evening, throughout the night, at weekends and bank holidays. Our helpdesk also serves our clients during normal office hours, meaning they can focus on managing their properties whilst we manage the maintenance.

Our clients rely on us to provide day-to-day reactive maintenance, fast, reliably and in volume for their residential and commercial property portfolios. Reactive maintenance includes plumbing and heating, electrical and gas, carpentry, drainage, locksmiths and roofers.

For major programmes of internal and external repairs and refurbishments including roofing and fire protection works, we are thorough and competitive in our submitted priced tenders and work effectively independently or under the contract administration of a chartered surveyor. Our full understanding of landlord and tenant act requirements (including ‘section 20’) and funding obligations via contributions from tenants/leaseholders, places us in a strong position to understand your project holistically.

Our project managers are geared up to dealing with the low value contract sum projects as well as the larger refurbishment schemes. Periodic refurbishment of internal common areas, bin store repairs and house/apartment decorations are all examples of minor works projects we carry out with the utmost diligence.
