The personal information that we process in connection with all our property maintenance services, if relevant, includes:
- Your full name.
- Private home address.
- The address of any related property where works have been carried, if different than the above.
- Personal contact number(s).
- Private email address(s).
- Details of any associated managing agent or property manager, if applicable.
- If applicable, any payment card transaction details. These are held securely in hard copy form and subsequently destroyed upon receipt of funds into our bank.
- 12 months maintenance history for works carried out at your property for warranty purposes.
3. What is the source of your personal information?
We only use your personal data that you give to us, or any that we may collect from you and your agent, your landlord, managing agent and property manager, if applicable, for the sole purposes of carrying property maintenance works at your property.

- Where it is needed to provide you with our property maintenance services.
- Where it is in our legitimate interests to do so during the course our normal business activities.
- To comply with our legal and government regulatory requirements.

- For as long as we have reasonable business needs, such as managing our relationship with you and managing our maintenance operations.
