Project Outline
For this FTSE 250 global real estate business, Masterfix’s technical services team were instructed to carry out gas and electric compliance tasks in volume following a competitive tender. The clients are landed estates and institutional landlords, demanding the highest standards from their managing agent and contractors.
For blocks of flats and individual units, we conduct landlord gas safety checks, EICRs and PAT, complying with the requirements of the new electrical regulations and well established gas safety requirements. Certificates are always produced fast.
Our in-house compliance software, P365, provides a robust and intuitive software platform to diarise tasks, manage actions, store vital documents and send prompts to this real estate agent and all agents.
As our client has testified, our technical services take the pressure off the property managers, by ensuring we are organising access without their input and providing small window arrival times for leaseholders and tenants in demised areas.
Due to the volume and density, we were able to mobilise engineers to attend to properties in Gloucester and Portsmouth, as well as throughout Greater London, much to the client’s ongoing satisfaction.
