A typically cold December day and an emergency call out. A leak from a WC caused an escape of water to cascade through five apartments and into the lobby.
Masterfix were on site within just 20 minutes of being alerted, isolated the water and begun the operation of making the lobby — as well as the five apartments – safe.
This is a great example of where our multi-trades combine perfectly. Electricians, plumbers, carpenters and decorators combined to isolate the water, make the electrics safe, make safe the partially collapsed high level ceiling in the lobby, and we begun the drying-out process ready for redecoration.
